Home Care
At Diamondplus Care and Support Limited we are dedicated to delivering personalised, compassionate care that allows individuals to live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is simple: to provide the highest quality of care and support to our Clients, always going above and beyond to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Supported Living Services
For people with a learning disability/ autism or Mental Health as well as young people (16+) wanting to live in their own home with support.
At Diamondplus care and support we help individuals to live safe, healthy lives and play an active part in their community. This is for individuals who would like to move into their own home and if they have care and support needs. We have shared houses may be shared by 3 or 4 people who get on well together, or self contained flats. support and care are provided by staff who would come to your home/ or live in and they can provide the following support:
- managing your money and benefits
- Personal care and attending appointments
- running your home and keeping it clean and tidy
- cooking and shopping
- going out to education, volunteering or work
- doing activities and socialising with friends
- going to visit your family
